The pleated skirt trend is still going strong, and I love how Olivia Palermo, in London last week, gets in on it with a striped Topshop standout. I also love these skirts by MSGM, Tibi, Proenza Schouler, Mark Jacobs (on sale!), J.Crew and Zara.
