What small thing that you use daily are you grateful for?
When I first read this question I immediately thought of our Brita water purifier. We have a lot of iron in our water so it has a very metallic taste. Water is my drink of choice for meals and during the day and I like it cold so the Brita is a lifesaver. It takes out the iron taste and keeps the water cold. BUT it's not a small thing... it's kind of big because it holds two gallons of water.
So, I had to think some more... and I came up with a smaller version of the water purifier. It's my new water bottle. It's insulated so it keeps the above mentioned water cold for quite sometime, it holds 20 ounces so I only have to fill it three or four times a day, it has a "sealed" straw so it doesn't spill if it gets tipped over and it's pretty.
I'm kind of a plain Jane and not at all a girly girl. My old water bottle was grey. I had another grey one in my hand headed to the checkout but then I spied this beauty on sale for $5 less, so it won out. It's been said that I am cheap thrifty... and let's be real... $5 is $5. I said to my hubby, "This doesn't really look like me, does it?" and he answered, "Not at all." But you know it's growing on me with all its sparkly pink and purple sparkly-ness. So, maybe it kind of is me after all!
